 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return and ship the product back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Discounted or sale items.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Return the Product: Once your return is approved, ship the product to the following address:

    You are responsible for paying any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
  4. Refund Approval: If the product passes inspection, we will process your refund within 15 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider as there may be some processing time before the refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please contact us at refund@caarvi.com 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
